Project Overview:

Nutipesu Autopesula is a self-service car wash that already provided excellent service before our collaboration but needed to improve its business marketing and online presence. Our goal was to create a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to increase their visibility, customer engagement, and ultimately sales.

Work Done and Results:

1. Website Creation: We have created a modern and functional website for Nutipesu, which is easily navigable and contains essential information about their services, price lists, and contact details.
2. Digital Signing for Business Clients: We introduced digital signing for business clients at Nutipesu. We realized that mere email marketing wasn’t enough when clients had to download a separate contract, sign it, and then send it back. Now the process is simple and achievable in ONE minute. The client inputs the data, reads the contract, and signs it using an ID card, Mobile-ID, or Smart-ID. Pretty cool!
3. Email Marketing: Our email marketing campaign has brought new clients to Nutipesu and increased engagement with existing clients. We continue to create personalized emails to achieve better results.
4. SEO Optimization: We have gradually improved Nutipesu’s website SEO, which has increased their visibility on search engines. SEO work continues constantly to maintain and increase the achieved position.
5. Social Media Management: We plan to strengthen Nutipesu’s presence on various social media platforms to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
6. Event Organization: We have planned to help organize various events, such as wash days and special offer campaigns, to attract more customers and increase community engagement. If the client needs more assistance, they can get it from us!
7. Design Work: We have created outstanding design elements, including banners, flyers, stickers, and advertising flags, to increase Nutipesu’s visibility both in their washrooms and generally.
8. Gift Card System: We created the ability to order gift cards on Nutipesu’s website. This required e-commerce integration using the Montonio payment solution. The e-shop also works automatically with Omniva, generating a code for the order instantly. Nutipesu just needs to print out the label and send the order!
9. Customer Card System: Together with the gift card system, we also created a customer card system. The main logic is similar. Customers can check their balance on the Nutipesu website. The system also automatically checks every day if €50 has been spent. If it has, €5 in bonus money is added to their account!
